Relaxation Massage is a full body massage which includes a variety of massage strokes such as gliding, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation. Therapeutic massage involves manipulation of the deep layers of muscle tissue, including the fascia and other supportive tissue that make up the muscles and joints this massage is slower and firmer.
